Cada hub drop-in oferece uma variedade de suporte, aconselhamento e orientação para os residentes locais. Por exemplo; apoiar e assinar afixação aos serviços locais, vinculando e configurando novos grupos comunitários, apoiando as pessoas para que se aproximem do emprego ou da educação, ajudem a acessar o mundo digital e ajudem a dar vida às suas ideias para a comunidade.
