Community Building Drop -in Hubs

Pop in and chat face to face with a community builder. Each drop-in hub offers a variety of support, advice and guidance for local residents. For example; support and signposting to local services, linking and setting up new community groups, supporting people to get closer to employment or further education, help to access the digital world and support to bring your ideas for the community to life.

Forest of Dean Youth Association

Forest of Dean Youth Association supports young people under the age of 25 to become pro-active citizens and leaders of their own lives. We also support community groups and organisations across the Forest of Dean to enhance the great work they’re already doing through unlocking local skills and assets, be they people, places or funding. The team have a wide variety of skills and experience of working with young people and our Forest communities, so we can adapt and react to most youth related projects or enquiries. As a result, the Youth Association gets involved in a wide variety of projects as well as offering signposting to support and services.
