هر مرکز تخلیه، انواع پشتیبانی، مشاوره و راهنمایی را برای ساکنان محلی ارائه می دهد. مثلا؛ پشتیبانی و ارسال امضا به خدمات محلی، پیوند دادن و راه اندازی جدید گروه‌های اجتماعی، از افراد برای نزدیک‌تر شدن به شغل یا تحصیلات بیشتر حمایت می‌کنند، به دسترسی به دنیای دیجیتال کمک می‌کنند و از اجرای ایده‌های شما برای جامعه حمایت می‌کنند.
